Droidworx NOVA

Inspired by nature (Bio-Mimicry) the
droidworx Nova is a carbon fibre composite
wing with the main body of the craft also a
lifting surface; its specific design allows for
high speed forward flight as well as low speed
high angle of attack forward flight.

Highly maneuverable with dynamic flight characteristics the Nova is a 1.2m high tech
high end recreational slope soaring craft.

It is expected to be released in Kit form
with machined servo boxes, carbon control
surfaces, linkages and hinges included and
removable wing tips.

Droidworx Super NOVA

An electric ducted fan powered UAV for
special applications in mapping and survey
and also SAR operations offering long and
extended flight times to cover large area's.

1.5m span full carbon composite body, removable wing tips, front and under mounted
camera equipment.

Flight control electronics from any one of the
current sources such as Procerus, Micro Pilot and open source projects.

NOVA - Hybrid - Experimental

The third rendition of the Nova series combining
Fixed wing flight characteristics with Multi-Rotor
flight capabilities to form one VTOL highly
functional diverse usage UAV.

Droidworx is in discussion with two Universities
and the New Zealand Innovation Institute to
investigate collaborative efforts to develop
this craft initially as a Compact UAV Hybrid VTOL craft.

Patents have been filed with the New Zealand
Intellectual Property Office for the "Hybrid" and
its design and functional features.
